Malcolm Gladwell. I've listened to most of his work on audio books, The tipping point, What the dog saw, Outliers, David and Goliath. Then one day I picked up a paper copy of one of his books and found it hard to follow, I later got the audio book of the same title and followed it easily and enjoyed it more. He has this calm and deliberate delivery that forces you to pause and really think about what he is saying. It allows enough time to sink in, whereas read it, for me, does not.
