What's on your feeds?
« on: February 16, 2012, 09:07:52 AM »
This topic is basically for you to share your feeds.
I recently had to give up on some because I didn't have enough time to follow so many updates. I currently have:
Mr. Money Mustache - well, duh
Brave New Life - http://www.bravenewlife.com/ - these two are the ones I relate to the most.
Yakezie - http://yakezie.com/ - a network of like-minded bloggers
The Dog Ate Mt Wallet - http://erinshanendoah.com/dogatemywallet/
For an European POV (since I'm European) I also follow:
Simple living in Suffolk - http://simple-living-in-suffolk.co.uk/
Monevator - http://monevator.com/

What about you? What blogs do you follow?

I get daily emails from Dividend Growth Investor.  It's pretty great, he does pretty thorough analyses of different dividend stocks.

Planet Money is fantastic.

Well, it can be from other subjects like food/cooking and DIY stuff.

Thank you all for your recommendations, I'm going to try a few of them.

I hang out on the Dave Ramsey forums.  Lots of good frugal tips there and I like his outlook on debt.  They are a little too conservative for me though.

I read many that have already been listed, so I'll add one that I read daily that hasn't been listed yet: slashdot.org
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
I (rarely) blog at AdventuringAlong.com. Check out the Now page to see what I'm up to currently.

I recently "liked" Coupon Diva on facebook.  They have printable grocery store coupons, and I usually save between 15-20 dollars on our weekly grocery bill.

I have hundreds of blogs in my RSS reader. I love reading blogs!  One in my money section that hasn't been mentioned yet is http://lenpenzo.com/. I love his sense of humour!  I also like http://www.controlyourcash.com/, but I know that's a controversial choice as they have upset many bloggers by "telling it like it is" (they toe a very fine line between being aggressively truthful about bad financial advice and just being rude).  Still, I like their no nonsense attitude.

I read DGI as well.  Another good blog for analysis of dividend stocks is dividendmonk.com.  The posts aren't as frequent, but are more detailed.

Here's my list as of now. I'm thinking of paring it back a bit due to the high amount of overlap among some. Although it hasn't reached a level where there's too much information at a time, it's quickly getting there.

Adventure Cycling Blog

Brave New Life
Dividend Mantra
Dividend Monk
Green Panda Treehouse
