I go for walks later at night and more often than not end up at a gas station or 7-11 and buy junk food.
More recently, I challenged myself to just go to a nearby track, then eat vegetables when I got home, which I did 3 nights in a row.
On night 4, I didn't do this, and was in a 7-11 trying to find something healthy or with no calories, and while it was a challenge, I bought water.
And, so, my Reader Reco is water.
