This book really revolutionized my life. Throw out any beliefs you may have that suggest if you weren't born with something, there's no chance for you. You weren't born a programmer? It doesn't mean you can't be a world class programmer with enough deliberate practice.

This book taught me that I can really do whatever I want. And be as successful at it as I desire. It will take years, and much deliberate practice, but it can be done. There is literally nothing standing in your way but yourself. Talent is Overrated describes the processes needed to be a master at something. It has nothing to do with the 'talent' you may or may not have been born with.

I highly recommend this book to anyone.
