Hilton points are generally valued around 0.5 cents per point, but I have only been able to get around 0.3-0.4 cpp many times. Now, you can link your Hilton account to Amazon and redeem them at 0.5 cents. This may not last, as they made it available a few times in the last few weeks and then dropped it down to a 0.2 cpp value. Works on gift cards as well.

That doesn't match the numbers I'm seeing. Here's what I see:
What is the conversion rate of using my Hilton Honors Points at Amazon.com?
500 Hilton Honors Points equal one dollar on Amazon.com.
For the obscure link-averse, here's the full link:

I just redeemed $600 worth of mine at 0.5 cents each about 15 minutes ago. Try linking your account and it will show you the value with your total number of points. As I said, it was reverted back to 0.2 cpp (500 per $) a few times, it seems that 0.5 cpp might be a mistake. That is why I jumped on it while I could.

Just added my wife's account, still getting 0.5 cpp.

Okay, good to know. Thanks for the clarification that the "instructions" are not kept up to date.

This is great, I had some random HH points that I didn't want to go to waste - thanks kpd.
