As a cook and mustachian, I have bought my share of glass containers and broken a number of lids over the years. I finally called to get replacements. It was easy and I will be receiving new lids, and in the case of some of my discontinued containers, new containers and lids.

Regular Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST

It looks like you can submit an online claim too.

You will need the model number on the bottom of the container so they can send you the correct matching lid.

Very impressed by the customer service and company ethos.

I have the glasslock containers and all the lids for the frequently-used size are warped. I'll be calling them later today.

I received my new containers and replacement lids this week and they are great. I am very pleased. Now I can batch cook endlessly.
