Arleigh will come to your house and fix your bike for a pretty reasonable rate. You can watch and ask questions and no leaving your bike at the shop for ages and ages! Or having to load it on your car (I don't even own a rack.) She told me she is getting a custom-made trailer so that she can pull bicycles behind her own bike for when she needs to pick them up. (Evidently a lot of other mobile bike people use Sprinter vans, but what's the fun in that?)
