Does this mean they are actually doing well by some metric? I wouldn't think they could support their business model with out a membership fee. Maybe they plan to charge a "free shipping" membership fee a la Amazon Prime?

I finally ordered the 50+ pounds of pasta from them, as another forum member suggested a while back (that was the best deal I could find). Since that is more pasta than I typically eat in a year, I split it with a friend. It ended up being about .40 cents a pound (I ordered it while they were giving $15 off the first order).

I have not been overly impressed.  One food item said it was being delivered in 3 days, after a few weeks, I emailed them and they canceled it.  At 6 wks it showed up, I have to check and see if I was charged.  We ate it, I am not shipping back heavy food items, if they charge me, I will protest because 3 days turning into 6 weeks with no notice is suck-y.  I think I ordered 6 food items.  All came separate on different days or weeks.

I went back to re-order crackers my family liked, they were now $12 more! Really? You think people will love those crackers so much they will give you $12 more when they can just wait for a sale at their grocery and not have to buy so much?

I hate the never knowing the real price crap, even when you check out, you have to click each item to see what you really will be charged. Ridiculous.  Hopefully they changed that by now. I feel like I'm on the Price is Right and have not bought food IRL since Bob Barker was around, I have no clue if I'm winning or losing.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
