Looking for user reviews on what they offer. I have attempted twice now to submit applications through their website, including uploading policy documents from my current auto/home insurance. I most recently did this this past Friday and have been waiting to hear - I even recall getting a popup window from policy genius saying thanks for your submission we will contact you via email in several days. I logged in today after 5 days to see what the status was and it doesn't even show that I have submitted anything.
Anyone experience anything similar? My confidence in them has plummeted.
