I bought multiple Takeya Thermoflasks when Costco sold them a few months ago and have been loving them so much, I bought more and gave them out to family and friends. But some of my flasks leaked a bit and others were fine. I realized that some were missing the o-ring in the spout. Apparently, it's a common problem because the Takeya website offers FREE o-rings if yours were missing. Just go online, make an order, and in the promo code, write "MISSING". You don't even have to enter any payment info.
I'm really happy about this and will continue to praise the Takeya Thermoflasks because not only is the product superior, but customer service seems to also stand behind their name! Very happy customer here.
