Discover Savings and Checking bonus

Discover Bank is offering $100 bonus for opening a savings account and funding with $5000 and then an additional $300 if you open a checking account and make two $250 direct deposits.  No account minimums so I intend on draining once everything is posted.  The checking bonus requires either a savings account or a Discover credit card account to qualify.

Very possible! But likely with a higher deposit.  $5000 for $100 is pretty good.  I have cash constantly in and out of promo savings/checking accounts, this seems like a nice return--equivalent of 24% interest (30 day requirement to hold money in account).

I'll let you know!  I am going to push from Serve and Ally. I read on a blog someone pushed with Cap360 and triggered the bonus.

ACH's from Chase and Hanscom worked.  I think Alliant worked for others.

Don't y'all have ADP or some other payroll portal where you can change your direct deposit yourself?

It's a lot faster to change it than trying to figure out what does or doesn't count for each bank.
