Chase Bonus Offers
« on: March 16, 2017, 11:11:26 AM »
Hey all, just wanted to share a couple of great bonus offer referrals from Chase! The first is the Chase Freedom; you can get $150 cash back after $500 spend - pretty good return if you ask me. You'll also get 5% cash back with categories that rotate quarterly. All of the bonus is in Ultimate Rewards, so if you have a Sapphire Preferred or Reserve card you can get the 25% or 50% boost if used for travel.

The second offer is 50,000 Ultimate Rewards points for the Sapphire Preferred card after $4,000 in spend. You'll get an extra 5,000 points for adding an authorized user. Combined with the points from the Freedom card above, you can get over $930 in travel if booked through the UR portal.

The last offer is 50,000 United miles after $3,000 spend. This is enough for at least one RT domestic ticket - I used this bonus plus a few thousand points I already had to fly DW and I to Puerto Rico on our way to St. Croix last year. You'll also get 1 free checked bag for you and one other person, plus two United Club passes and Priority Boarding.

Yeah the Chase Ink card has 80,000 bonus points at the moment too for $5,000 in 90 days.  Same as the sapphire they count as 100,000 points when used for travel.

I also found out from a co-worker that you can transfer your points from the freedom to the sapphire or ink card and get the 25% bonus points on travel on those points as long as they were transferred to the travel card.

Apparently the Ink card can be applied for as an individual too, but they just ended the $95 first year waived thing so you lose on that respect.

As a rule, we shouldn't use tinyurl - it's hard to know what the redirect will be before you click it.  Security-wise I avoid clicking these links.  Are there some referral codes hidden in there?

I fixed the links so the entire thing is visible. I don't think I tried to hide the fact they were referral links, but for those who missed it, I will receive a referral bonus if you use these links. I switched them to tiny url's for my signature line since there is a character limit. Thanks in advance if anyone uses these links to sign up for any of these cards. I definitely do recommend all of them and carry each in my wallet for different reasons.

Thanks OP.

There are also some of the usual checking and savings offers around.  If you have a Chase CC, check your offers tab.
