PG&E has started a new rebate program for customers who own electric vehicles.

It's a $500 rebate expected to run from 2017-2020 and is funded by CA Air Resources Board.
(This program has no AGI income limit, unlike the $2500 clean vehicle rebate program.)
The rebate is tracked according to VIN number and each vehicle may only claim the rebate once.
Getting paid to drive electric... sweet!
I would expect this to be reflected in the price of used cars, bringing them down even farther.

I applied 2 weeks ago and waiting for further communication from them. A few of my co-workers applied and already got the $500 check in the mail.
