Best 0% cards rightness now?

I am working out my 2017 Plan of Attack, and it would be hugely beneficial if I could do balance transfer with our cc debt, until it's paid off. 

What are the best 0% offers out there, or does it change all the time?  Right now, our fico isn't great, because of the high utilization, so I don't know if we'd even get approved, but I figured it's worth trying.
