It was going to take 2 billing cycles (60 days) for my points to post, according to Amex customer service. After 2 phone calls and 3 online chats, one of the reps agreed to "expedite" my point. All the others said it was impossible with an initial signup bonus.
How to you contact Amex via chat? Or Email? I can't find any links to contact them.
I purchased the $100 Amazon gift card through MPX App on Nov. 22nd and still have not been reimbursed. I thought I'd selected United as my airline of choice before I made the purchase, but maybe I didn't. I went ahead and selected it after the fact, but will I not get the credit now?
