It has been a reasonably smooth experience thus far, about 3months now. Porting the numbers took some time but I understand this is always a hassle. Customer service is good, there can be a decent wait time but the CS people speak good English and are quite responsive & polite. The cell service is good.
We use it for voice and text, and stick to the home network wireless for data. If we ever need data (maybe on a trip) we’ll pay for it, but no biggie.
