Has anyone else found their bowel movements are smoother and more vigorous in FIRE?

I'm presuming its a reduction in stress related hormones being processed through the GI tract.  Unexpected bonus!

I made my own squatty potty. Now I poop so quick I don't have time to read the Harbor Freight ad. Which means less money spent.

Love it.  Saw the commercials for this a while ago and could not stop laughing.  So, does it really help?  My wife wants one, or a makeshift one, she's on the short side with feet not touching the floor.
Science backs the squatty potty. Human anatomy shows that we were not meant to go #2 in the position we put ourselves in using a western toilet, which makes sense if you think about it like an animal. If you were in the woods and you had to go, would you hang out 2 feet off the ground? No, you would squat. There are middle eastern and Asian countries where the toilets are basically on the ground. You straddle them and squat. Hemorrhoids aren't nearly the problem there as they are in western countries.

Good point.  That's the one thing I think my wife's dumb pug could have taught me.

I now realize this run of puns, is why this thread suddenly jumped to over 50 posts.
