I get the WORST cravings for sweets in the afternoon and evening. I mean, they are intense. I eat pretty clean . . don't load up on a bunch of carbs . . stay away from processed foods, etc. I try to get a good balance of protein, fats, and complex carbs at lunch but no matter what I do, the sugar cravings hit me. I've been looking into supplements that might help with this and came across Chromium and L-Glutamine. Anyone use these and, if so, do you notice a marked decrease in your sugar cravings?
