Today's a socca day. It's chickpea pancake/flatbread and one of my favourite things during a day at home is to make the batter, let it sit for an hour or two, then cook them two or three times throughout the afternoon.
More chickpeas tonight as I'm making a biiiig peach and chickpea curry. Some for tonight, some for the freezer. I've not been cooking lately, so this is a good food day.
