Actually, earlier we had a sort of fajita thing - black beans made in the Instant Pot, fancied up with some lard, dried chile, cumin, tomato paste and lamb stock. Damn those were good; wish I'd made more of them. Chicken breast cooked sous vide and added to peppers and onions, stir fried, and some cheddar melted over the whole affair before eating.
Breakfast this week: Sausage and broccoli stuffed acorn squash.
Lunch today: last night's leftovers - pho inspired eggdrop soup
Tomorrow we're having our first 72-hour sous vide ribs along with braised kale and homemade cornbread (homegrown corn).
