Wayyy off topic. Obama Anger Translator
« on: April 27, 2015, 06:15:34 PM »
At this year's White House Correspondents dinner, Obama co-opted a very funny comedy piece done by Key and Peele. The result was one of the funniest bits since Colbert hosted the Correspondents dinner way back when (YMMV).

For those that havn't seen it, here's the Key and Peele bit:

Can include some strong language, so...

Per Ezra Klein, The joke was that Obama wasn’t joking

Funny, isn't it, that Ezra Klein has to be Obama's anger translator translator?  But thanks for the article.  Should have been obvious, but clearly it isn't.

That's also what made Colbert's roast so good in 2006.

Thank you Glenstache. I am Australian,so missed some of the subtleties, but I loved the President's dead pan manner.
