Tour Bus from Alice Springs to Uluru

There are a lot of tour bus companies that run from Alice Springs to Uluru.  Can any MMM readers assist me with a recommendation on which one to hire?  Looking to do a 1 day tour (leave early in the morning from Alice Springs, return late that night).
