Small Chinese translation request

I'm hoping one of our resident forum members who's fluent in Chinese can help me out with a small bit of translation. I've got a new garment here with a laundry tag indicating the fabric composition and the detailed wash instructions in 100% Chinese. The best I've been able to muster with OCR and Google Translate is incoherent fragments on the garment end. Something about "First tea against sun and the moon" and mention of wool, hemp, fiber, and some sort of silk?

Using the laundry symbols, I'm figuring 40°C wash, no bleach, iron medium heat, something about gentle dry cleaning(?) and a couple symbols I simply cannot decipher.

Any help would be welcome, especially since it's for a project that's going to require dying the fabric. Thanks!

That last symbol looks like "Do not wring".

I'd assume the second to last one is "hang dry" but not sure. The one before that looks like the Dry Clean symbol, so yeah, probably no tumble dry, as lhamo suggested.

It basically says nothing.  The top picture shows percentage of each type of material used in making the garment, except all of the information is blank

The bottom part shows different instructions based on material type.  If wool, then do x.  If silk, then do y.  If linen, then z.  It is a generic tag

The wool part instructions say to dry clean or hand wash with cold water, and then lie flat to air dry

The tag doesn't make any sense because it lists different types of washing instructions for different types of fabric, but doesn't clearly state WHICH fabric this particular item is made of.  The percentages should be listed on the first part of the tag next to each type of fabric, but they have been omitted for some reason.

Thanks, guys. So the tag is worthless... that explains a lot. I missed the no-wring symbol there at the end, but coherence on the laundry symbols started to fall apart when I saw the gentle dry clean symbol in the middle next to the pictogram of a t-shirt and after the mention of machine wash warm and iron on medium.

The manufacturer hang tag had some engrish on it along with the word "silk series", but that's absurd as I've never a) seen silk garments so cheap outside of Goodwill, and b) never seen a knit fabric (think t-shirt knit) made out of silk (which is why I was surprised to see the mention of silk on the tag's terrible and incomplete OCR translation). The seller who sold the garment to me claims it's 100% cotton, but it doesn't feel quite right for cotton and it reminds me a bit of polyester or even bamboo fiber... but the feeling in the tips of my fingers aren't what they used to be. After some research and digging around online, I found another seller selling what looks like an identical garment who claims it's 100% polyester, which could be problematic for the purposes it's intended for as dying poly is a PITA and either involves high heat which shrinks the fabric and makes it stiff or a chemical bath which does similar things (neither is a realistic option). Yet another seller claims it's some mysterious undetermined blend of fabrics, which could mean a poly-cotton blend - if this is the case, it might work if the gray threading in the weave is the polyester and the white is the cotton.

*sigh* I was going to hand-wash anyway, but I guess I'll find out when it hits the bucket of Rit dye whether it's got any natural fibers in it or not.

Short update. Today was the dye job... confirmed 100% polyester. *headdesk* Back to the drawing board.
