My daughter bought a pile of presents for her birthday
« on: January 07, 2015, 09:57:22 PM »
Daughter's turning 6 soon. I took her out shopping because she wanted to buy presents for her party.

Here's the kicker. She wasn't buying for herself. She was buying presents for her friends. With her own money.

Ok, so she did find a necklace she liked and a few small things, but the vast majority went to her friends, her two brothers, and a bracelet went to her mom (poor dad's feeling a bit left out here).

Just wanted to share.

Very sweet! Sorry you got left out Dad, hopefully you'll get a nice hug from her to make up for it.

My kids have done that in the past.  Kinda cool that they decide to spend their money that way.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
