We have another thread on the off-topic forum about climate change but I wanted to start one specifically about where is the best place to move, or buy property now. I think we are on the verge of climate change affecting real estate dramatically. I read (can't remember where) that's it's already happening in low level coastal areas of Florida where people don't want to buy anymore because they see what is coming.
Where do you think is going to be the safest, or most sought after areas in the future? Why?
This could be good to start thinking about both for our own futures, and for our wallets, if we buy property now that will become much more valuable, unfortunately because of climate change.
