Bicymple, chainless bicycle

This may merely be a new take on the old penny farthing bicycles, but it seems interesting. I love simplicity and creativity.

WHen he rides it, it looks like a unicycle on training wheels. It looks like fun, and really practical for someone like me: living in an apartment and sick of carrying my bike up 3 flights of stairs to ride only 3km each way to work. Cool!

Haha that looks fun :p It's clearly most at home at a sort of leisurely city riding pace, since it only has the one low gear and no back brake, but if I move to a big city and need to replace my bike someday that could be an interesting choice.  Shouldn't be particularly expensive either once they get production figured out.

I agree about the two-wheeled unicycle idea. It seems to me like it would need a lot of trial in cities before I'd be convinced of its safety. Chain-drive bicycles are old tech, tried and true. The swiveling back would take some getting used to in crazy braking conditions.
