I'm guessing this isn't so much stereotypical "guy" interests as it is stereotypical city guy vs rural guy - at least in regards to alcohol/guns/tools/hunting/cars. I find people with less to do (rural) are more interested in these things than their city-dwelling counterparts.
Rural is less to do? Not less, just different. And maybe that was your point and I'm being a nit-picker.
I shoot, and occasionally hunt, but have not actually shot an animal in years. The deer just hide out once the gunfire starts!
I like to fish.
I use a chain saw and chopping firewood is kind of a summer hobby that my wife thinks is weird, but she enjoys the winter fires.
I drink a beer maybe 3-4 times a year. Used to drink heavily, then just stopped.
Would watch football, but don't have a TV, so have not seen a game in years. Still go see the occasional high school game.
I consider myself pretty masculine, but work as a nurse!
