I have a friend in another state who is having trouble finding steady work. Ready to do almost anything, he is fluent in both Spanish and German. But he is also spent two decades in prison, and that fact has closed most doors to him. Can anyone point me to some resources I can provide to him? He lives in OH. Thanks!
