"Carts of Darkness" documentary
« on: July 29, 2018, 08:12:59 PM »
For some reason this was recommended to me by youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zi-f_J6hV-g

When I started it I did so for a laugh, but I ended up watching the whole thing and enjoying it.  There are even some interesting thoughts on career/meaning/etc.  It's a weird connection with this forum, but I think you may enjoy!

This was better than I expected. If you've ever seen Trailer Park Boys, these guys were a little bit like a real life version - living one day at a time and just trying to get enough money for beer and food while being mostly oblivious to what other people consider normal. Plus, when he analyses the shopping carts I can't help but think of Bubbles.

I really enjoyed that, thanks for posting.

It reminded me of the movie Heater.
