The headline translates to “i’m not looking for millions, just a few bucks”.
The old farmer is looking for a young couple who want to run the farm. He has been offered >$1 mill, but declined because he doesn’t need the money. And since he thinks debt is a bad idea, he doesn’t want the buyers to struggle with the burden. The area is remote, but it is a prime hunting and trekking area, so it should be possible to make a living renting cabins to tourists.
