Very mustachian take on the iPhone 5

Good blog post: iPhone Marketing Tricks. Wish he'd explained why he actually went ahead and bought one anyway, instead of one of the other "smart" phones on the market.

Are iThings really that much better? Thoughts?

No, it's my opinion that they are not. However, my roommate is paying a friend of mine $100+the cost of the phone to stand in line and bring one to him.

It took a lot in me to not judge him with all my judgement, but he's paying a friend who needs work...

This article exemplifies why people stand in line to buy the latest phone, and it seems to have little to do with the actual phone.

From my experience, yes. Will I pay a premium for them? Nope, I pick up second hand ones at about 50% less than the retail price.
