The blog that lit the FIRE fire for me
« on: September 26, 2012, 03:41:28 PM »
This guy, Joshua Kennon, is the writer for the about.com Investing for Beginners section and also has a personal blog.  Some of his articles have Mustachian tendencies.  Some don't (like when he talks about buying expensive cologne and such, but he definitely has the means)  He has some great posts about business, politics, and economics as well.  He also got me started down my personal finance and investing education

Some of my favorite posts that are Mustachian in nature that I think you might enjoy:

Thanks for pointing this out. While "Mustachian" isn't the word I would use to describe this guy, there does seem to be a lot to learn from his site.

Thanks for pointing this fellow out.

Just read a few so far but am really enjoying his Investment and Personal Finance posts. The presentation and explanation of his ideas on ownership/investing and his long term view resonate with me.
