Big study in France, showing a correlation between later retirement and decreased incidence of dementia. It strikes me that the (huge) sample is solely from self-employed people, mostly craftspeople, bakers, and the like... people who have some control over their workplace and who actually produce something. I imagine the results might differ if they looked at people who stay longer in Dilbert-type jobs.
