I advise you to write more. Always write more... There's no such thing as too much practice when it comes to writing, believe me. :) Experiment with different formats, make drafts, write posts with clear and concise structure - do bulletpoints if you have to! Then check out how much traffic your posts get, see what works and what doesn't, etc.
