16 minute video with Nick Saban (coach of the Alabama football team) giving the opening talk to a football camp, but that's really just the context.  His talk is really about badassity, how to succeed, and all that good stuff.

Badass.

Although I do suspect his "generation" doesn't understand the power of modern video gaming. For a lot of players it's not about shits and giggles, and "fun". It's about challenging yourself to do better, following a process and team strategy. You have to invest your time and effort to become good at it, etc etc, just like playing football.

The only difference I see in comparison to football is football requires much greater physical excretion, and is socially more acceptable to be a high performer in that field.
