If you're on Twitter, follow @mrmoneymustache. He doesn't tweet very often, usually just to alert people to new blog posts or guest appearances like this.

This was very enjoyable. I'd never heard of Tim Ferriss before but am now exploring his "back issues."

Question: What was the phrase MMM uses to describe seeking challenges. "Voluntary discomfort" or something? It seems very powerful.

The Ferriss podcasts are rabbit holes of extremely interesting people and ideas. If I had to only listen to one podcast that would be it.

Yep! Voluntary discomfort. I think it's a stoic idea. MMM is a huge fan of stoicism, as is Ferriss, so I'm really not surprised they saw eye to eye on so much. =)

Here's an old thread on it: https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/continue-the-blog-conversation/voluntary-discomfort-please-share-your-experiences!/
