Hey Mustachians, I was approached during Labor Day (September 3 here in Montreal) by CBC Montreal to give an interview and some details about the FIRE lifestyle. Two of us Montrealers had a conversation with the host and we had a nice back-and-forth about FIRE and expectations, though I wish the interview had run on longer to mention solid details and other basics.
The researcher and producer who got in touch with me the days before the interview actually did ask questions about where I learned from FIRE in the first place, and you can bet your stashes I brought up Mr. Money Mustache, the forums, and their influence in me getting started on my quest! :)
