So Money/Farnoosh has been doing a "millionaires next door" week on her podcast. Today was Jeremy and Winnie and was a great listen.

Jeremy seems like a great guy (plus I think he is originally from MN? or at least his folks are, and all we Minnesotans are fabulous), but I secretly want to be Winnie's best friend.
