I agree with the pillars of overall well-being he talks about.  I'm still a work in progress, but if I ever felt like I wasn't, I'd probably be kidding myself.

He can spew out a truism along with the best of them. This guy is a quack and you should not pay one iota of attention to him, especially just to hear the same things that you can hear anywhere else.
