Thanks for this one arebelspy, I'm personally planning out a career change in about six months and it's always nice to see that I'm not crazy and that my view of "everything will be okay" isn't unrealistic.

Heh. This resonates with me.

Perhaps because I have been systematically and deliberately building the case/need for a dream job position I can perfectly fit at my current company. Not too much longer until I initiate the next steps  :)
