CBC article - "Extreme Saving"

Apparently it is considered to be "extreme saving" when you 'don't buy shit you don't need, especially if it would put you into debt'.

I like a few things the Knight family has to say though, particularly "A lot of people, they get in the habit of nobody is sure what they really like, and they go for dinner because that's what people do".  I like the idea to defer any purchase of $20 or more just to be sure it's actually worthwhile.

Loved everything about the article except for a) the title, and b) the complainypants in the comments.  The latter is to be expected, but it bothers me that the article's editors decided frugality is "hoarding" your cash.

Cait Flanders, are you here on the forum, dear?

She's the author on Blonde on a Budget, right?
