My in-laws did this way back in the 70's. Wasn't nearly as swank as this couple's van, but they made it work and hauled their small kids all over the country in the thing. (I have no idea what brand bread it was. They painted over it and I've never asked. It's just always referred to as, "The bread truck.")

They did a nice job on that! Photos of there travels are pretty nice as well!

Nice result.
If I understand it correctly they make a living of doing a "ski season", getting paid as a ski/snowboard instructor or something like that? Then I can understand that you can live the rest of the year in a campervan, if you can keep the cost down.
