Farmland in Rural Virginia -- looking for a caretaker!
« on: April 30, 2019, 07:43:05 AM »
Hello Mustachian friends:

My family owns a 300+ acre farm in rural Virginia near the West Virginia border and we are exploring all sorts of ideas to keep it thriving, including partnering with a farmer / caretaker who is interested in working on it in exchange for land and/or housing.

We have pasture, forest, ponds, creeks, waterfalls, fences, woodsy trails full of marine fossils, and water sources for cattle.

If this sounds interesting to you, let me know!

I am relocating to teach at a crunchy University with many students who farm and relevant curriculum. Send me an ad via IM and I will post it.

Can you send me the address?  I just bought a quadplex at Princeton, WV and may be moving to that area in the next 10 months.

Hey there! I have been looking for an arrangement just like this. Have you found any takers? I'm not in position to relocate there for probably two to three months but I'd love to chat further if the offer is still available.
