Roommate in NYC?

Hello hello,

Looking for a roommate in my new 3br place in Brooklyn, small room but livable (I of course forget the exact measurements, supposed to be 10 x 7, http://www.elliman.com/new-york-city/41-clarkson-avenue-1g-brooklyn-sndsvjs), looking for around $600. No cable to split obviously, and a Costco membership if you want to make runs/split food costs with me! I'll be looking through the usual channels of friends, but figured I'd post here too. How far is the commute to Union Square? I've got a friend whose looking and this comes within her budget. She's really great and works in the Theatre industry.

I actually already found someone...the area is an easy commute to U Square though and there are a few other rooms in this price range in the neighborhood.
