Hi All,

DH and I are looking to pad our early retirement fund by renting out the extra bedrooms in our house. I love the Mustachian community, and want to live with others that are looking toward the same goals around personal growth and financial conservation. We're pretty laid back peeps that mostly keep to ourselves.

Here's the basics
Rent: $550 per month; refundable deposit of $550
Utilities/Maintenance: $40-$60 per month; Variable fee for maint/elec/gas/water/sew/trash/recycle/wifi
Commute: Easy access to bus routes, interstate, etc
Neighborhood: Walk to grocery, bus, rec center, industrial park
Closest Major Intersection: E 112th Ave and Washington St
