Does anybody have a room to rent, studio apartment, or possibly house share in (preferably) uptown Kingston, or somewhere off the Thruway that is no more than 30" from Kingston? (New Paltz, Saugerties?) Female NYS retiree, Mustachian, non-smoker, quiet and neat, good credit and stable income. Have an eight-pound yorkiepoo (size of a squirrel or cat), neutered, housebroken, good temperament--would bring him sometimes, sometimes not. Primary residence is in the Heartland. Want a place where I can have a key, come and go freely, off-street parking would be great. Don't care whether furnished or unfurnished. (Can sort that out later.) On Craigslist, it seems like anything that looks nice doesn't want pets. I plan to spend part of my time in NY, and part in the Heartland where I have a house. Thanks in advance.
