Hi, I am looking for a place to live during my upcoming internship in the Financial District from October-end of February. I wondered if you might know of anyone in the area willing to rent to a responsible, neat tenant for that time period. Thank you in advance for any suggestions or pointers! (In the past I've used Airbnb and VRBO to find internship housing but a personal referral would be super helpful!)
