Programer Needed - Language Learning Software

Hi,

I'm an advisor on a project partnering with Hebrew University in Jerusalem. They're developing a software program similar to duolingo, but for learning classical languages. We have the project mostly completed (via contractors in India), but the ETA's and prices for changes keep going up.

Is there anyone that would be interested in taking over project support for us? It would probably just be 10-20 hours / month.

What computer language(s) is it written in?

It'd be tough to beat Indian prices in the west, even if they keep jacking the rates.
