Apples - ottawa
« on: September 30, 2013, 08:07:03 AM »
Anyone interested in trading a bushel of apples for something?  Make us an offer.
They are 100 year old trees, not sprayed in any way.  Lots of perfect ones this year.
The variety is unknown. It meets the description of Northern Spy:  They are less sweet, harder apples, that keep their shape well when cooked.

Too weird... I tried to choose Heather as my username (taken), so I added Ottawa. Apparently not much of a clarification! I made cider last year, but apple maggot meant a lot of waste, so if you've got apples to spare in 2014, drop me a line. Probably the most useful thing I could offer would be a bike tune-up or some help with an outdoor project.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
