Title: i need a ipad cheap 2nd gen or higher

i have a hearing disability and the gov. has phones that spell out what the called person says.
it is free to the disabled and can be used on a ipad. i am looking for a ipad for this service so
if anyone has a ipad they do not use please send me a note to my email silentfaith1@gmail.com
hoping i can get one free or cheap and i will pay for shipping.   kindly, craig/silentfaith
